These T&C govern the use of the PeaceAround platform by providers (individuals or studios) and the paid provider subscription. Deviating terms apply only with our written consent.
Registration & Verification Providers create an account and submit profile details. Publication only after admin review. PeaceAround may reject/remove entries that violate these T&C, laws, or quality guidelines.
Services by PeaceAround Visibility via a profile, categorization/filters, ability to publish events/blog posts. PeaceAround is not a contracting party between providers and users.
Subscription, Pricing, Payment & Term The applicable services, terms, and prices are those shown during checkout and on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Minimum term: 12 months (unless otherwise specified in promotions/early-bird deals).
Renewal: Auto-renews for 12 months unless cancelled by e-mail to info@peacearound.com at least 30 days prior.
Payment: Upfront in CHF; VAT as shown at checkout. Price changes apply only to the next renewal period (with at least 30 days’ notice).
Content & Rights Providers are fully responsible for their content (texts, images, prices, availability, claims) and must not infringe third-party rights or make medical promises. Providers grant PeaceAround a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content during the contract term for platform display and promotion.
Conduct & Prohibited Content Misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful content is forbidden. PeaceAround may moderate, flag, block, or delete content.
Liability PeaceAround is fully liable only for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages as permitted by law. No liability for contracts/services between providers and users.
Warranty The platform is provided “as available.” No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Development & Availability PeaceAround may adapt features, design, or services for operational, security, or legal reasons. We aim for high availability but maintenance/updates may cause temporary restrictions. In case of major, long-term restrictions, prepaid fees will be refunded pro rata temporis.
Indemnification Providers indemnify PeaceAround against third-party claims arising from their content or conduct.
Data Protection The privacy policy at https://peacearound.com/privacy applies. Providers must comply with applicable data protection laws.
Term & Termination The contract starts with subscription. Ordinary termination per sec. 4 (e-mail sufficient). PeaceAround may terminate immediately for cause (e.g., legal violations).
Amendments PeaceAround may adapt these T&C. Providers will be informed in due time. Continued use after notice equals consent.
Law & Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
