Purposes of Processing

We process personal data in order to:

1. Provide and operate our website/platform,
2. Manage provider accounts and publish profiles/listings,
3. Handle contact requests and, if applicable, forward them to providers,
4. Process provider subscriptions and payments,
5. Analyse usage of the website and comply with legal obligations.

Categories of Data

• Contact and account data (e.g., name, e-mail, profile details)
• Content data (texts/images for profiles/events)
• Usage/technical data (IP address, log files, cookies)
• Payment/transaction data of providers (processed mainly by the payment service provider).

Recipients & Processors

We use external IT service providers (development/maintenance) who act on our behalf and only with instructions. Access is limited, time-restricted, and logged.

Data Transfers Abroad

We process data in Switzerland and the EU/EEA. In some cases (e.g., technical support or cloud services), data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are ensured (especially by recognized standard contractual clauses and suitable technical/organizational measures).

Storage Duration

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.

Rights of Data Subjects
